We are pleased to welcome Natalie Lopez, Senior Manager, Global Payroll with American Bureau of Shipping as our guest speaker for the July meeting.

She has been in payroll for 25+ years, most of this in the Oil & Gas sector. Natalie has worked in various management positions for companies such as Nabors Drilling, Expro Americas, Pride International, and Ensco, Inc. Through her tenure she has worked on projects for process optimization, system enhancements and numerous global payroll

implementations.

Expatriate compensation and taxation is one of the most complex parts of the payroll process. We will cover the basics and any challenges to consider with the concepts of expatriate employees (working outside the US) or inpatriate employees (foreign employees working in the US).
